Magdalena Roman, 31, of 133 Oakland Ave., New Britain, was charged with interfering with an officer, conspiracy to file a false motor vehicle theft report and criminal liability for the acts of another, on a warrant, 8:26 p.m.

Thursday, Jan. 30

Benita E. Teal, 44, of 110 Webster St., Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation and criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree larceny, on a warrant, 11:37 a.m.

Friday, Jan. 31

Donald Smith, 62, of 9-B Pilgrims Harbor Rd., Wallingford, was charged with second-degree harassment, on a warrant, 1:40 p.m.

Saturday, Feb. 1

Daisy Nazario, 21, of 39 Elmwood Ave., Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer, in connection with a shoplifting call at JCPenney at Westfarms Mall, 2:58 p.m.
